de Thomonde est divisée en quatre sections géographiques:
La première section Cabral, la deuxième section Tierra-Muscady,
la troisieme section Baille-Tourrible et la quatrieme
section La Hoye.

sections of the city are Savane Longue, Bass Thomonde
(Nan Bouk), Morne Thomonde, Chamouscadille (also known
as Tierra-Muscadi), Salmadere, Ladora, Savane Baptiste,
Bernaco, Goyable, Boucantis, Baille Tourible, Deruisseau,
Rente Soldat. and Savanette.
North of Thomonde is Marmont (Hinche). West you will
find Roche Plate (Hinche). South of Thomonde is Boucan
Carre and Lascahobas. The Dominican Republic is is at
the East of the city.
